Spring…the warmth of the sun after a long winter, the chirping of fuzzy hatchlings, hints of color emerging from the newly softened earth. While this week’s biting cold may not feel very Spring-like, we can look forward to the promise of new life all around us. What better way to welcome the season than with a celebration of babies?!
Pam created the pieces below for a joint baby shower this weekend. The event was held in honor of two childhood friends preparing to welcome their new additions within months of each other! The flowers were designed to match this adorable hand-knit giraffe each first time mommy-to-be received.
Cluster of pussy willows tucked into a basket arrangement containing blue hydrangea, pink & orange lilies, purple stock, and green hypericum berries.
Pink & orange lilies, pink tulips, orange ranunculus, and stalks of pussy willows in a spray of lily grass.
