Holy smokes it’s been some time since we posted anything new here on the blog! So it goes once wedding season kicks off. Admittedly, our little assistant has commandeered some of the time I usually set aside to post here.
So, what better to do in the early hours of a holiday than post a sneak peek at yesterday’s wedding at the Merrimack Valley Golf Club? Forgive the photo quality…someone forgot their camera and had to resort to using a cell phone. I did lend the photographers a hand setting up their photo booth, so hopefully I we’ll get some better shots from them soon!
Bridal bouquet of white Peonies and yellow Craspedia (Billy Balls)
No chevron ribbon, no problem! We just made our own.
Craspedia bouts with Lamb’s Ear
The cutest flower girl you ever did see with her bright yellow pomander.
Freesia and Lamb’s Ear corsages
The aisle design – white rose petals blending with yellow to create a gradient effect.
Custom-built columns – they can hold a floral bucket (as seen here), or be capped and used as pedestals. A brand new addition to our rental archives!
The dining room tables featured low centerpieces flanked by small white ceramic vases filled with Craspedia. The couple created custom chevron runners, yellow napkins, and painted table numbers. Can’t wait to see what it all looked like once Boston Uplights added their special touches!
We had a great time working with Laurel Events (as always!) and are looking forward to seeing what Ned Jackson Photography captured!
